Venerdì 10 aprile abbiamo provato una degustazione in questa cantina e abbiamo trovato; competenza , cortesia, simpatia e soprattutto tanto amore per il territorio e per il proprio lavoro. Piccola realtà vitivinicola che sorprende per un prodotto di una qualità eccezionale, un sirah in purezza e un cabernet sauvignon che sorprendono per i gusti olfattivi , per il colore e per la consistenza al palato prolungata. My husband and I had such a lovely time touring the grounds and learning about this beautiful family run winery. Such a private unique and cute experience. We had a private tasting with some fantastic wines (we took home a few bottles!) and some delicious local produce. Thank you!!

We had a great experience at the Iviti Winery. We took a tour of the winery and had the wine tasting. It was very informative and relaxing. We loved it. It’s a small winery and that adds to its charm.we highly recommend this winer.

We waren met zijn tweeën en kregen een privé wijnproeverij. Alles werd perfect uitgelegd door de vrouw van de eigenaar. We kregen 3 wijnen voorgeschoteld met bruschetta met zelfgemaakte olijfolie.
Een groot pluspunt was dat we na het proeven even de tijd kregen om samen nog even wat extra te proeven, na te praten en wijn te bestellen.
Je ziet bij dit bedrijf dat er veel liefde in wordt gestoken en alle aandacht naar de gasten gaat. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden die behoefte heeft aan een persoonlijke uitleg.

A wine tasting here is not just a stop on an itinerary, it is a doorway into the soul of a country that has been cultivating vines for over 3,000 years.

The Deep Essence of Wine

The ancient Romans believed that wine was a gift from the gods. The poet Horace urged his contemporaries to “Carpe diem” with a cup in hand. Wine prepares hearts and makes them more ready for passion– Ovid (often quoted in Italian contexts). In Italy, wine has never been just a drink. It is a language of family, friendship, and hospitality. Around a Tuscan table, a glass of Chianti Classico or Syrah is a very special tradition.

You arrive at the winery as the Tuscan light begins to soften, turning the hills a gentle gold. A narrow lane lined with cypress trees leads you to a stone farmhouse whose walls are richly decorated with lush branches of wisteria. Vines spilling down the slopes like green waves. The air is warm, scented with wild herbs, sun‑baked earth, and a faint sweetness from the grapes.

Your host welcomes you into the cellar, where the temperature drops and voices instinctively lower.
